Andree Martinez

Andree is a Mexican American who was born and raised in El Paso. Her family is characterized by an entertainment gene. Her upbringing was in a household of entertainers and performers, which included her sister Karla Martinez, who hosts the Univision show Despierta America (1997)). As a young child she was surrounded by celebrities on television, like her older sister Karla (Host on Univision's show DespertaAmerica)! Andrew Martinez, vice president for Safety, Security as well as Business Resiliency is among the biggest electric utilities in America. SCE has made worker safety and corporate security a priority. Martinez is responsible for all of programs and initiatives that are focused on those areas. Martinez is in charge of providing security leaders throughout the company with the guidance and high-quality programs necessary to reach their goals for the safety group. Martinez held the position of director, Safety Training and Compliance at SCE before taking on this job. In the past, he was the director for Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. During Martinez's 30-year tenure at SCE, he was in various leadership positions, including the ones at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS.
